Citizens from the following countries do not need to present a France Visa : 1.Those holders of passports issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Special Administrative Region of Macao of the People’s Republic of China; 2.Those people who hold residence permit or travel documents from the countries that are mentioned above as member of the Schengen Agreement and those who hold a France residence permit. On the other hand, it doesn’t mean that those who don’t need to have a France Visa doesn’t need to have requirements. They do have some to bring along and these are the following: Declaration of the number of days of stay and must understand that they are only allowed to stay for a duration of 90 days Valid reasons for their visit A French Visa is required if you are planning to stay for more than 90 days
